Orders are typically produced and shipped within 3–7 business days, then arrive within 3–5 business days for US addresses and 10–20 business days for international. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Yes, we ship to most countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the customer's responsibility.

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check order status anytime at degendrip.net/status using your order ID and email.

Contact us at support@degendrip.net with your order ID. If a package is lost in transit, we'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve it — usually with a replacement or refund.

Reach out as soon as possible at support@degendrip.net. Orders go through a manual review step before going to production, so we may be able to cancel or modify if you contact us quickly. Once an order is in production, changes aren't possible.

Email support@degendrip.net with your order ID and photos of the issue within 14 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Because every item is custom-printed on demand, we don't accept general returns. However, we'll replace or refund any order that arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered. See our Refund Policy for details.

All apparel uses direct-to-garment (DTG) printing for vibrant, durable designs. Stickers are kiss-cut high-quality vinyl. Mugs, bottles, and phone cases use sublimation or UV printing depending on the product.

Sizing varies by product. Each product page includes specific sizing notes. In general, our tees and hoodies run true to standard US sizing. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for hoodies and sweatpants.

Tees are 100% ring-spun cotton. Hoodies are a cotton/poly blend. Sweatpants are cotton/poly fleece. Specific material details are listed on each product card.

CA stands for "contract address" — the unique identifier for a memecoin or token on a blockchain (Ethereum, Solana, Base, etc.). When you paste a CA on our homepage, we automatically pull the token's logo and details to generate merchandise.

That's the whole idea. DegenDrip lets you turn any memecoin into custom merch instantly. Different CA = different token = different design. You can also reposition, resize, and customize the design before ordering.

Almost any. We support major chains and most tokens. We reserve the right to refuse orders containing content that infringes on third-party rights, depicts hate or violence, or otherwise violates our terms.

When you submit a contract address, you're confirming you have the right to use the resulting design on merchandise. We don't verify trademark or copyright status of token logos. If a rightsholder contacts us about an infringing design, we'll remove it and refund any pending orders. Rightsholders can request takedowns at legal@degendrip.net.

No. DegenDrip is an independent print-on-demand merch platform. We aren't affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any memecoin project, token, or creator. We don't verify or vouch for any token's legitimacy.

No. Printing merch through DegenDrip is not financial advice, an investment recommendation, or an endorsement of any token, project, or community. Buy merch because you like it, not as an investment signal.

Yes, on most products. Use the "+ Add Text" button on the product card. Custom text isn't currently available on caps.

Currently, designs are generated from contract addresses. We may add custom upload support in the future.

Yes. After clicking Preview, you can drag to reposition and use the controls to resize, rotate, and adjust the design before adding to cart.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, an industry-leading payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.
